The palate is rich, round, and soft with concentrated berry fruits and soft velvety tannins. BUT, is 7% lighter in alcohol than a standard Pepperjack Shiraz.

Sourced from premium vineyards within the Barossa valley, this wine is a luxury expression of Pepperjacks iconic shiraz. Matured for eighteen months, this wine can be enjoyed now but will continue to develop complexity with careful cellaring.

This pale pink Rosé has aromas of Fresh Strawberries with hints of juicy red cherries. Fresh juicy fruits continue on the palate with a hint of fresh cream.There is a lovely phenolic and acid balance that adds tension and mouthfeel giving the refreshing fruit flavours length.

From the famed region of Central Otago in New Zealand comes Pepperjack Pinot Noir. The juicy flavours from the nose continue with a mouth filling dark cherry and luscious cassis character matched with supple mouth filling tannin that gives a silken textural structure. The savoury cocoa and resinous spices from the oak and whole bunch fermentation help draw the red and blue fruits across palate melding to a complex and concentrated finish.

The Pepperjack range is a tribute to the Barossa's rich heritage. Notes of dried plum, leather, and cedar, with hints mint and spice. It still feels rich in your mouth, with undertones of sweet earth and fig. The firm tannins have softened to give a smooth, long and polished finish.
