Single Vineyard high altitude Chardonnay from the King Valley is harvested in the early morning cool hours and pressed immediately to maximise the vineyards flavour. Full rich aromas of lemon and peach and gentle oak. The complexity of this Chardonnay is the result of partial barrel fermentation in new, French oak barriques, followed by stirring of the yeast lees for several months. Bursting with white peach, lychee and melon, the crisp finish and length of flavour define this wine.

The 2019 Redbank Victorian Chardonnay is rich and full of ripe stone fruit on the mid palate. An unoaked style resulting in a clean, crisp finish, an easy drinking style. Perfect with pastas, seafood, fish and antipasto, its richer style can be enjoyed all year round. Established in 2005 by the Hill-Smith family, Redbank Victoria specialises in ultra-cool climate wines from the valleys of Eastern Victoria. The vineyards are nestled in the high country of the Victorian alpine region as well as the King Valley, and some select vineyards in Beechworth. The winemakers and viticulturists work closely with a dedicated team of carefully selected independent growers. These small family-run vineyards offer unique and subtle soil and altitude differences that provide Redbank's winemakers with an opportunity to create distinctive wines reflecting the finest attributes of the region. Winemaker Marc van Halderen and viticulturist Nick Dry have a simple philosophy: great wine is made in the vineyard. Together, they craft wines from varieties such as Moscato, Pinot Gris, Viognier, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz into styles ranging from aromatic, low alcohol summer whites through to spicy, plummy reds.

Redbank Victorian Prosecco NV is a sparkling white wine from Victoria, Australia. It has a refreshing, delicate nose of crisp pear, apple, and citrus fruits. The palate is zesty and lively, underpinned by a subtle minerality. The colour is pale lemon with a light coral hue. On the palate, it is light-bodied and off-dry with a vibrant acidity and flavours of ripe lemon, guava and soft melon. The finish is crisp and refreshing with a pleasant lingering aftertaste. Enjoy chilled on its own or as an accompaniment to light seafood dishes.

The pinnacle of our Pinot Gris – Picked from a single vineyard in the King Valley, selected harvested, then gently whole berry pressed to retain the grape's aromatics. This crisp and fresh Pinot Gris has prominent flavours of nashi pear and orange blossom. The palate has a savory, clean and crunchy finish. With soft acid, it is the perfect wine to sip away at on a hot summer night.
