The 2018 Single Site Cabernet is an elegant wine with notes of blackcurrant, black cherry, and a hint of mint. Displaying a perfumed nose of dark berry fruits and earthy tones, there is a smooth silkiness to balance the fine chewy tannins of the Cabernet.

Lovely lifted floral and perfumed notes combine strawberries and cherries. Light, refreshing and vibrantly flavoured. The richly flavoured palate with good weight and fills the mouth with berry fruits and ripe strawberries and finishes with a delightful freshness.

Nautica Shiraz has been crafted exclusively from delicious, handpicked berries grown in mineral rich soils of a selected sea of vines. Experience a nose of pronounced dark forest fruits, white pepper and smokey oak. With a palate of luscious black forest cake, earthy notes, and a long dark chocolate smokey finish.

The 2021 Mourvèdre is a lovely medium, bodied wine plump with soft red fruit, plums and mulberries. It has a savoury palate of cedar, leather and roasted coffee.

This stunning shiraz offers a lifted bouquet of dark berries with subtle spicy notes. The medium weighted palate is filled with blackberries, spices and pepper that are balanced by silky tannins. This parcel of fruit comes from one of the earliest plantings and provides some of the best shiraz full of black fruit and peppers expected of this exceptional Frankland River fruit.

A beautifully modern Rosé made in the dry Euro style making it a great drink either with or without food. Pale pink with an onion skin hue. Cherry, cranberry, white strawberry, rhubarb and white pepper. Flavoursome yet fine with a mouth-watering mix of tart red fruit and attractive peppery spice, vibrant acidity and a savoury, chalky finish.

A fuller style of traditional method sparkling with delicate mousse and attractive aromas of brioche, white peach and cashew with hints of strawberries coming through.
