This vintage was characterized by a warm and dry growing season which resulted in tiny berries with immense flavor concentration. Sourced from a network of independent growers with ancient dry grown vines this Shiraz is still processed using a 100 year old vertical basket press to ensure gentle extraction and a soft mouthfeel.
