Eikun Junmai Nama Genshu is a unpasteurized namazake that is bottled as is, without being heated or adding water. It is characterized by the deep umami flavour of rice. With a slightly high alcohol content, it has a rich taste and aroma typical to unpasteurized sake, but also has a soft side while retaining the original sharpness of namazake.

This junmai sake is named after Kyoto, the city with a long and rich history. 100% of Kyoto-produced premium rice, Iwaimai is used, giving this full-bodied junmai a smooth mouthfeel and a clean finish. Served chilled.
