Eikun Junmai Nama Genshu is a unpasteurized namazake that is bottled as is, without being heated or adding water. It is characterized by the deep umami flavour of rice. With a slightly high alcohol content, it has a rich taste and aroma typical to unpasteurized sake, but also has a soft side while retaining the original sharpness of namazake.
