This is the 1st release of the Serafino Sorrento Chardonnay, a wine that takes a modern twist with exciting new labelling and refreshing winemaking. Sorrento is one Italys most famous towns and one of Serafino (Steve) Maglieris favourite beaches. Perched on top of cliffs that separate the town from the busy marinas below, visitors to Sorrento enjoy the beach lifestyle, and a myriad of bustling bars around the colourful café-lined square. The Serafino Bellissimo Pinot Grigio is a bright, zesty refreshing white wine with hints of citrus blossom, ginger and nashi pear.

A medium bodied, well balanced drop, with notes of plum and berries. Serafino Tempranillo is bright, fresh and elegant - great for a wintery night in!

The Serafino Fiano is a bright vibrant wine, displaying intense citrus and floral characters. The wine is crisp and refreshing with layers of flavour and a fine mouthwatering finish.

Lifted bouquet of red fruit, blueberries and mulberries, this Montepulciano displays bright energetic red fruit with soft elegant spices and long persistant tannins.

Spicy cherry aromas and butter chocolate, this Sangiovesse displays savoury spice and dark cherry which flows on the palate, complemented with medium tannin finish.

Sharktooth is an apt name of this wonderfully balanced wine. Razor sharp flavours of dark mulberry and blackcurrant are sliced by a freshness and vibrancy not often seen in full-bodied wines from McLaren Vale. A supreme example of modern Australian red winemaking is on display here and despite the unctuous concentration this wine dances across the palate and leaves you with a delightful length of flavour.
