This premium Japanese whisky is nicknamed Kakubin meaning 'square bottle derived from the bottles unique design. Launched in 1937, Kakubin has since become the blended whisky of choice for casual drinkers and connoisseurs across Japan. Kakubin is a highly drinkable whisky, very moreish with a touch of honey and pepper on the finish.
Suntory Yamazaki Umeshu Tarushiage
Suntory's Yamazaki Cask Umeshu Tarushiage is produced by blending aged plum wine in whisky barrels at the Yamazaki Distillery. Characterised by moderate bitterness from the barrel aging with a refreshing taste. Rich aromas with a thickness, lingering taste. Best served neat, on the rocks, or with soda. This umeshu has aromas of stone fruits, honeydew, apricots, almonds, brioche, and malt. A rich palate with fruity sweetness of almonds, plums, apricots, and dried fruits blending with hints of Yamazaki malt. The finish provides an impression of ex-whisky barrels delivering vanilla and woody notes to the finish with a slight bitterness.
Kanade White Sakura Liqueur
Kanade White Sakura Liqueur is produced with both Japanese-grown cherry blossom petals and cherry tree leaves. They are distilled separately for optimal flavour. It is full boded with rich flavour and a soft scent of cherry blossom.

Suntory Hibiki 17 Years Old Blended Japanese Whisky
Apart from Single Malts, Suntory also produces a premium series of blended whiskies under the label 'Hibiki' (meaning 'harmony'), usually containing a high proportion of Single Malt (upwards of 50% according to one of the company's blenders).Created in 1989, the Hibiki 17 Years Old whisky is a meticulous blend of over thirty of the finest single malts from Suntory's two distilleries, Yamazaki and Hakushu, and grain whisky from their Chita distillery, most with an age of well over 17 years matured in Japanese mizunara oak casks at Yamazaki.Suntory artisans perfect this harmonious blend to create a full symphony of delicate flavours and blossoming aromas while the design of the bottle symbolises the 24 seasons of the Japanese lunar calendar.Hibiki 17 has been awarded multiple gold awards at the International Spirits Challenge. The judges described it as being Elegant, sweet and complex. In 2018, Suntory Whisky announced the Hibiki 17 Years Old would be discontinued making this scarce bottle a rare collector's item of enchanting value. Obvious collector appeal here, but we'd like to imagine this one being appreciated for what's inside the bottle.
