Pago la Jara is full of complexity, with all of its tannins, fine oak, spice and fruit blending together in unison. Amongst the spices you can find cacao, anise and some floral notes. A full bodied wine that is very easy to enjoy.

Beautiful nose of boysenberries and balsamic, plums and wet stone. The palate has lingering spices, and a sourberry tone. Delicate, with fine tannins and precise line of acidity.

A rare and truly special wine from Malaga in Spain. Vines 900 meters above sea level cling to very steep, schist slopes and produce fruit of great purity, acidity, and minerality. A delicately sweet wine, it is a wonderful and rare alternative to Sauternes.
