Tempus Two Lighten Up Shiraz is a full flavoured wine with lower alcohol and reduced calories. With only 4 standard drinks per bottle, and 16% less calories and 45% less alcohol, that a standard bottle of Shiraz, Lighten Up lets you stay in the moment longer. This Shiraz is a medium-bodied wine with luscious upfront fruit and hints of black pepper with a textural finish.

Made in the traditional Italian style, fruit was sourced predominantly from the Del Rios vineyard in Victoria and gently pressed using airbag presses and the resulting free run juice was then chilled to 4 degrees and filtered before fermentation. Post fermentation the wine was cold stabilised and lightly fined before being cold filtered ready for bottling. Tropical fruit and pear flavours and hints of citrus provide a fresh, clean, crisp style with a medium bodied palate. A delicate aroma of pear and passionfruit with floral undertone.
