Unshackled from winemaking traditions, our Copper series makes any occasion a celebration, so we decided to make a gin with flavours that help create memorable moments. Beyond the traditional juniper berry and coriander, our Wild Botanical Gin is distilled with native Australian botanicals including desert lime, orange peel, salt bush and wattle seed. Tempus Two Verdelho is a full-bodied and tangy verdelho. Intense flavours, similar to the wines aromatics - ripe, tropical fruits of pineapple, passionfruit and guava.

Tempus Two Cabernet Merlot is well-balanced and full-bodied, exhibiting rich berry fruit and chocolate flavours. Matured in both French and American barriques for ten months to capture and enhance the complexities of these two varieties

Tempus Two Merlot is deliciously ripe, lovely flavours of mulberry fruit with some earthiness and spice. Soft tannins complement the finish.

A concentrated and complex wine with dark choclate, liquorice and spice aromas and flavours accentuated by nutty oak from barrel maturation.

Tempus Two Varietals Tempranillo is produced with expert winemaking techniques including the co-fermentation of crushed grapes in stainless steel tanks. Defined by its rich balance of raspberry, plum and black cherry flavours, this wine is perfect to enjoy with tapas style meals.

A zesty and refreshing sparkiling wine with enticing fruit flavours of passionfruit and green apple which provide a fruit sweetness, that is well balance by a refreshing citrus finish. A soft fine bead of bubbles completes the wine. Lifted fruit salad, dominated by passionfruit and green apple on the nose.

Made from predominately Chardonnay grapes with a touch of Pinot Noir to add colour and fresh berry flavours, this is a vibrant sparkling wine to perfectly complement any celebration. A zesty and refreshing sparkling wine. Vibrant fruit flavours of strawberries and cherries provide a fruit sweetness which is well balanced by a refreshing green apple and citrus finish. A soft fine bubble completes the wine.
