Made with love from Margaret River, hand crafted, bottled and labelled on site, The Grove Distillery has been recognised as the Best Australian Absinthe Distillery at the Melbourne International Spirit Competition. We use certified organic botanicals which are macerated in our triple distilled base alcohol before being re-distilled to exclude bitter principles and impart the desired complexity and texture to the spirit. Our colouring adheres to the time honoured process of using high chlorophyll herbs which is extracted during a secondary maceration.

We start the process of making our gins by macerating the chosen Organic botanicals in the highest quality Australian wheat-based alcohol. The purity of this alcohol base means that our gin distillate only incorporates the flavours we want. Note that there is no gluten in the wheat-based neutral alcohol that we use. Very smooth smooth enough to drink straight or great in martinis

After living in the Caribbean for a few years it was only natural for the distiller to produce traditional Caribbean style Rums, formulated from a closely guarded recipe.Fruity aromas of caramelized bananas and molasses. A light to medium body rum with highlights of molasses, cane stalk, and dried fruit.

The Grove's Strawberry Gin, is a True Gin and far from your ordinary pink gins. To get the beautiful natural colour after distillation we soak even more fresh hand cut strawberries in the gin before bottling. As we do not add any sugars or sweeteners the nose and taste is only from the natural strawberry's. This again is a true gin as the juniper, citrus and spices merge together in the background with the a delicate sweet aroma and of course the taste of strawberries.

A traditional Butterscotch recipe blended with The Grove Vodka to create a rich smooth Liqueur.Serve straight or over ice, mix with the Grove Milk Chocolate liqueur and top with cream, serve over ice-cream or pancakes.

Made with Espresso and The Grove Triple Distilled Vodka to produce a smooth rich coffee finish.Serve straight or over ice and top with cream, over ice cream as an affogato, is a great Espresso Martini base.
