The Ulithorne Avitus McLaren Vale Shiraz 2018 is an elegant wine that exhibits aromas of blackberry, cedar, plums, and mulberry on the nose. This wine showcases a rich palate of dark berries, mocha, and dark chocolate. A refined structure with chewy tannins and persistent length.

Made by Rose Kentish from Ulithorne at Domaine de la Sangliere, on the south coast of Provence, near Toulon. Vineyard and Vinification are run under organic principals. Pale Salmon-pink hue, a blend of Cinsault and Grenache. Fresh grapefruit with a hint of Rose Petals and red fruits of Strawberries and a long, dry, fresh finish.

This elegant wine exhibits a deep, dark ruby red colour with aromas of cherry and ripe red fruits on the nose. The palate presents flavours of black cherry and juicy plum, alongside hints of fine spices such as cinnamon and liquorice. This wine is full-bodied with intense fruit characters, balanced with a refined structure, soft tannins, and persistent length.

The Prospera displays a dark ruby-red colour tinted with a crimson rim. On the nose, the aromas are brimming with plentiful ripe fruits of cherry and strawberry, followed by fine spices and florals. The palate presents a fruit-driven wine with characters of fresh cherry and juicy plum, ascended by hints of cinnamon and liquorice.

Fresh stone fruit and citrus on the nose.The palate displays white peach, grapefruit, lemon zest and apricot flavours with a fine texture, a slight nuttiness and crisp acidity.

The Altus Pinot Noir presents a light ruby colour, and fresh red fruits such as cherry and raspberry unfold on the nose. The palate is complemented by juicy red fruits and touches of light spices. This wine is medium-bodied, balanced by structured tannins and acidity for a well-rounded finish.
