With freshness on the palate and a leaning towards a medium bodied Cabernet, this is a lively mix of red currant, cassis, and moreish acidity, with aromas of tobacco, cassis and bay leaf - this is a classic cooler climate Cabernet.

Big, round, furry tannins envelop multitudinous clusters of liquorice and ripe blackberry, the plush fruits balancing the necessitous tannic gruffness. There is an intensity and a coolness to the black fruit flavours and textures which, along with background acidity, keeps the wine in parade-ground order - an attitude which cabernet both needs and likes. This is a big mouthful of red wine, yet it finishes very dry and lingeringly, never losing its cabernet definition. Friendly, satisfying yet upright and mannered.

A classic Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon, showcasing aromas of blackcurrant, cassis, cedar, and a hint of bay leaf. The palate is refined and structured, with fine-grained tannins, vibrant dark fruit flavors, and a long, elegant finish. Watervale is a sub region of the Clare Valley renowned for its dry white wines from the Riesling grape variety and this Riesling is sure delight. Pale straw with silver rim and a glossy finish. Vibrant citrus notes of lemon, lemonade and passionfruit. Hints of sherbet, lime sorbet and lime curd. A fresh and clean palate with chalky acid that gives nice structure.

The palate has a soft, yet delicate structure with typical varietal flavours of nashi pear and lychee. The wine has a delightful creaminess but finishes dry with beautifully balanced acidity
