A classic Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon, showcasing aromas of blackcurrant, cassis, cedar, and a hint of bay leaf. A bit of a garden salad this one, old vineyards come with old vineyard problems. Varietals grafted on other varietals has come through. The front old block became a medley of different varieties.

The wine is gorgeously fruited and inviting on the nose showing blackberry, dark cherry, vanilla and cedar characters with seductive spicy complexity. It is succulent and fleshy on the palate with terrific fruit intensity, finishing superbly long and velvety. Up front and immensely appealing.

Fruit tannin and bold flavours of mulberries and wet slate. A focused core of fine textures and glazed cherries culminates in a mineral and persistent finish.

This Western Australia Cabernet Sauvignon is medium bodied with a full generous mouth-feel. The well balanced acidity complements the fine tannins, giving the wine fruit-forward flavours of dark fruits and cherries. The length, structured finish make this a great food wine.

Malbec is really starting to hit it's straps in Australia and Limestone Coast is at the epicentre of Malbec growing. This is a beautiful example of straight-forward flavoursome Malbec at a cracking price. It has all the varietal flavours you'd expect - all juicy mulberry and briar, bit with the local minty/eucalypt flavours also displayed. The key is in it's approachability, it's just a great easy drinking wine, perffect for a wide array of foods.

When you think of Coonawarra wine, Cab Sauv is always the first thought and Shiraz tends to flys below the radar - which is a shame, because when Coonawarra shiraz is good... it's really good! This is no exception and it terms of value for money and flavour it absolutely hits the mark. Expect fresh, spicy blackberry flavours with hints of chocolate and restrained oak in the background. This wine is delightful.
