This Pinot Noir is cultivated in the heart of the French Ardèche region, vineyard marked by its cool climate and high altitude. Buis D'Aps is a locality in the town of Alba La Romaine, around which this Pinot Noir is grown, on clay-limestone soils. This cuvée is the fruit of rigorous work: limited yields, thinning at the start of summer, exclusively manual harvest. After a long maceration of 2 to 3 weeks, part of the harvest is aged in oak barrels. Fresh nose, seductive, very cherry, small catchy tannins well coated, floral finish, fresh vegetal, superb character. A beautiful discovery.

Vignoble Aucoeur is the oldest family domain of the Morgon village, in the heart of Beaujolais. Arnaud Aucoeur has been voted 2020 Winemaker of the Year by the famous Guide Hachette in France. To perpetuate the legacy of his ancestors, Arnaud makes some of his wines, including his famous “Moulin à vent”, in wooden containers. Barrels, tons and semi-casks are all housed on the farm. The grapes are manually-harvested from vines of about fifty years, exclusively from Gamay grapes. The wines are fruity with a special character, with clear and bright ruby color and loads of aromas of red fruits. A very nice balance and a beautiful finesse.

The wine is gorgeously fruited and inviting on the nose showing blackberry, dark cherry, vanilla and cedar characters with seductive spicy complexity. It is succulent and fleshy on the palate with terrific fruit intensity, finishing superbly long and velvety. Up front and immensely appealing.

Fruit tannin and bold flavours of mulberries and wet slate. A focused core of fine textures and glazed cherries culminates in a mineral and persistent finish.

When you think of Coonawarra wine, Cab Sauv is always the first thought and Shiraz tends to flys below the radar - which is a shame, because when Coonawarra shiraz is good... it's really good! This is no exception and it terms of value for money and flavour it absolutely hits the mark. Expect fresh, spicy blackberry flavours with hints of chocolate and restrained oak in the background. This wine is delightful.

This is a lovely, easy flowing shiraz from the Adelaide Hills that also packs a weighty punch - full of dark fruit and raspberry with sweet oak and spice flavours. It's a lovely example of what shiraz from "the Hills" can be - and all from a single block off a small family owned winery.

A pale dry rose, naturally bright, made in the classic saignee method. This refreshing rose was made to highlight the flavours that newer clones of Merlot creates like cranberry, blood orange, rhubarb, and savoury herbs. Vegan friendly winemaking practices.

A really deep and vibrant colour leads onto a gorgeously zesty, natural, fresh, vivid and ripe nose with lots of bramble, blueberry, black cherry, raspberry, mulberry blackcurrant, all rounded out with some gentle spice. And on the palate, vibrant, fresh, natural, vivid and zesty are all words that again spring to mind. And the wine has wonderful length – the mouth-watering bramble, cassis and black cherry flavours go on and on.

A cracking Cabernet from a "goldilocks" vintage. Luscious notes of cassis and black currant, accented by hints of black olives, vanillin and cedar. Its rich and velvety texture is supported by structured tannins, promising an age-worthy delight.
