This is the 7th release of this flagship wine sourced exclusively from vines that used to feed Eileen Hardy Shiraz. This nose exhibits white pepper and spice, the palate is full bodied with layers of black and blue fruits finishing with firm yet fine tannins that will see this wine cellar well into the 2030s. One for cellar or decant now for an hour before serving.

A cracking Cabernet from a "goldilocks" vintage. Luscious notes of cassis and black currant, accented by hints of black olives, vanillin and cedar. Its rich and velvety texture is supported by structured tannins, promising an age-worthy delight.

A round rich palate with a good backbone of tight, but deliciously mouth-watering tannins. Generously flavoured but retaining elegance. Structured to age beautifully over the long term but round enough to be enjoyed while the primary fruits are fresh and vibrant.

This Small Batch Durif displays a full-bodied plush palate with bright & vibrant berry fruits including black cherry, blueberry, raspberry, and mulberries with hints of spice. Silky tannin finish and great balance.

Vignoble Aucoeur is the oldest family domain of the Morgon village, in the heart of Beaujolais. Arnaud Aucoeur has been voted 2020 Winemaker of the Year by the famous Guide Hachette in France. To perpetuate the legacy of his ancestors, Arnaud makes some of his wines, including his famous “Moulin à vent”, in wooden containers. Barrels, tons and semi-casks are all housed on the farm. The grapes are manually-harvested from vines of about fifty years, exclusively from Gamay grapes. The wines are fruity with a special character, with clear and bright ruby color and loads of aromas of red fruits. A very nice balance and a beautiful finesse.

This Pinot Noir opens with lifted aromas of wild strawberry, red cherry and raspberry, complemented by subtle hints of rose petal, spice and forest floor. The palate is elegant and bright, showcasing vibrant red fruits, a silky texture, and finely woven tannins that glide effortlessly.

This wine is a fantastic example of the diversity in style that can be achieved with McLaren Vale Grenache by focusing on single vineyard wines from some of the region's finest sub-zones of Clarendon.
