This Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits classic Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon characteristics. Expect aromas of blackcurrant, cassis, and cedar, often accompanied by subtle notes of mint or eucalyptus. On the palate, it is a medium to full-bodied wine with a structured tannin profile, showcasing dark fruit flavours, balanced acidity, and a lingering finish.

Coming from 2 sites, one planted between 1860-1880 and a single vineyard approximately 85 years old both of which are dry grown and own-rooted in the deep sand of the Vine Vale. This wine is highly aromatic with a core of spicy cranberry and pomegranate, orange zest and dark earthy notes finishing on wonderful velvety tannins.

Sourced from 3 different vineyards in the Barossa sub regions of Nuriootpa, Vine Vale and Ebenezer and aged for 14 months in lightly seasoned French and American oak. Made to be enjoyed any night of the week
