Matured in French and American oak for 31 months, it offers well integrated aromas of sweet and toasty oak notes. Our Cabernet Sauvignon has lifted aromas of dark cherries and chocolate, with a richly flavoured palate of blackcurrants and ripe plum, with a smooth tannin finish. it has superb length and is perfect for drinking now and will also reward patient cellaring.Cabernet Sauvignon grown at our Langhorne Creek vineyards was created using a combination of fermentation styles and French oak to build complexity and structure. Ideal with a traditonal Irish beef stew or slow cooked lamb shanks.

Selected Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pino Gris fruit was carefully handled during the wine making process to preserve the bright fruit freshness.
