Lifted aromas of citrus fruits with a hint of lychee. The palate combines zesty lemon a lime flavours with a superb crisp, clean finish. Riesling from our low yielding Clare Valley vineyard was picked in the cool of the night and softly pressed to preserve fruit freshness and natural acidity.

The wine displays lifted floral and orange blossom aromas with a lively palate of rose water, fruit sweetness, good acidity and a touch of spritz! Minimal handling and gentle pressing techniques have been used in the wine making process to preserve the wine's primary fruit flavours.

Typical regional fresh fruity characteristics of Grenache Rose, with aromas of strawberries and cream and tropical fruit cup with a palate of ripe strawberries and passionfruit and balanced acidity.

The regional characteristics are highlighted with lifted aromas of spice, dark cherry and plums. The palate displays rich forest fruits and vanilla with delicate soft tannins finishing with perfect length.Carefully selected Shiraz parcels from our cool climate Langhorne Creek vineyards were vinified using a combination of fermentation methods and toasty America oak to develop a wine with excellent structure and depth. Delicious now, or be rewarded with patient cellaring.

A full flavoured wine with a palate of black fruit and chocolate with delicate spice notes. The Estate range is a blend of some of our finest Shiraz parcels from across Langhorne Creek. The wine was carefully crafted in small open fermenters with extended skin time ensuring optimal flavour development and then matured in new American oak. It has great length and integrated tannin making it perfect for that special event. Drinking beautifully now, but has the structure to reward patient cellaring for 10 or more years.

Aromas of dark cherry, blackberry and rasperry with chocolate and vanilla. Rich and ripe flavours of cherry and chocolate with excellent length. Fine Acres Estate near Vine Vale has some of the oldest vines in the Barossa Valley. The ancient, gnarly, 100-year-old vines on the Estate still produce high quality Shiraz in the bold Barossa style, coupled with finesse. Classic Cabernet aromas of briary, blackberry and blackcurrant, with hints of cedar cigar box. On the palate flavours of liquorice and blackberry with classic fine Cabernet tannins. Made from selected parcels from Moppa Springs Estate around Greenock in the famous Barossa Valley, this wine is typical of the Barossa Cabernet Sauvigon style. A fine, well balanced wine that was aged for 31 months in a combination of French and American oak. Cellar for up to 10 years.

Ideal with a traditonal Irish beef stew or slow cooked lamb shanks.

Sangiovese Rose displays soft cherry & guave aromas with hints of rhubarb. Pairing with the Ruby chocolate matches the fruity sweetness. Cabernet Sauvignon displays lifted aromas of dark cherries & chocolate with hints of black current & ripe plums. Pairing perfectly with dark chocolate, hints of light bitternessshine through on the finish.
