Lifted aromas of citrus fruits with a hint of lychee. The palate combines zesty lemon a lime flavours with a superb crisp, clean finish. Riesling from our low yielding Clare Valley vineyard was picked in the cool of the night and softly pressed to preserve fruit freshness and natural acidity.

The regional characteristics are highlighted with lifted aromas of spice, dark cherry and plums. The palate displays rich forest fruits and vanilla with delicate soft tannins finishing with perfect length.Carefully selected Shiraz parcels from our cool climate Langhorne Creek vineyards were vinified using a combination of fermentation methods and toasty America oak to develop a wine with excellent structure and depth. Delicious now, or be rewarded with patient cellaring.

Aromas of dark cherry, blackberry and rasperry with chocolate and vanilla. Rich and ripe flavours of cherry and chocolate with excellent length. Fine Acres Estate near Vine Vale has some of the oldest vines in the Barossa Valley. The ancient, gnarly, 100-year-old vines on the Estate still produce high quality Shiraz in the bold Barossa style, coupled with finesse. Matured for 19 months in a combination of French and American Oak.

Our Cabernet Sauvignon has lifted aromas of dark cherries and chocolate, with a richly flavoured palate of blackcurrants and ripe plum, with a smooth tannin finish. it has superb length and is perfect for drinking now and will also reward patient cellaring.Cabernet Sauvignon grown at our Langhorne Creek vineyards was created using a combination of fermentation styles and French oak to build complexity and structure. Ideal with a traditonal Irish beef stew or slow cooked lamb shanks.

Sangiovese Rose displays soft cherry & guave aromas with hints of rhubarb. Pairing with the Ruby chocolate matches the fruity sweetness. Cabernet Sauvignon displays lifted aromas of dark cherries & chocolate with hints of black current & ripe plums. Pairing perfectly with dark chocolate, hints of light bitternessshine through on the finish.
