Very bright and clear with the tiniest hint of pale straw. Beautifully aromatic, this has the typically pungent, grassy and herbaceous aroma that Sauvignon Blanc is renowned for, as well as some light, fresh tropical fruit characters and attractive floral notes. There's a good balance between these subtle, guava fruit flavours from the slightly riper picked grapes and fresh, zingy acidity from the Sauvignon Blanc from our cooler sites.
