Wills Domain Cuvee d' Elevage Rose Non-Vintage
The wine is immediately appealing on the nose showing brightly fruited notes of lemon peel, white fleshy nectarine and grapefruit with a subtle touch of sweet basil leaves. It is juicy and vibrant on the palate with youthful fruit intensity together with crisp acidity, finishing long and mouth-watering.

The 2014 Cuvee d'Elevage Cabernet is an outstanding expression of a northern Margaret River Cabernet. Only the best fruit parcels combined with finest French oak lead to a perfumed bouquet of Cassis, ripe berries and cedar. The complex palate shows ripe and silky tannins, pure fruit intensity with red berries and cassis. Its finely structured with long lasting finish of cigar box and vanilla. Drink now or until 2028.
Wills Domain Cuvée d' Élevage Shiraz
Dense aromas of plum pudding, dried apricots and eastern spice introduce a voluptuous palate, boasting silky tannin, delicate hints of fresh summer berries and earthier tones of toasted oak and freshly cracked allspice. Wills Domain Mystic Spring Rosé
A lovely modern Rosé with attractive crunchy red fruits and refreshing acidity making it a perfect all-rounder with Asian food, but equally good on its own.Pale salmon pink. Strawberry, watermelon and a hint of rosemary. Slightly sweet palate entry offset by zesty lemon-lime acidity, with a bright core of red berries and background stonefruit, and terrific purity throughout. Very well made.
