This bright and fresh Pinot Noir was fermented with a portion of whole berries, intensifying the pure fruit flavours. The addition of Pinot Gris and Pinot Meunier provides subtle spice and complexity that will leave you wanting more.

Lifted red fruits and subtle dark plum, hint of white pepper and exotic spices from the oak. The Eaglehawk Chardonnay has a bouquet that is lifted, tropical notes, peach characters, and subtle oak integration. The palate is medium weight, with rich fruit flavours and a backbone of supporting oak and crisp acidity.

The Eaglehawk Cabernet Sauvignon from Wolf Blass shows excellent varietal character and structure. Blackcurrant and cassis flavours are complemented by soft tannins and well-integrated oak.

The bouquet is layered with abundant aroma's of plum pudding, cigar box, blackberries & chocolate. It has an excellent length of flavour, velvety tannins and hints of smoky oak. 71% Shiraz and 29% Cabernet Sauvignon are separately fermented & matured in a combination of new French & American oak before final blending.
