Wood Park Wines The Tuscan
The Tuscan is a blend of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, Colorino and Petit Verdot which is a traditional Bordeaux blend. A vibrant and juicy wine with red berry fruit and fine tannin with a rich lingering finish.Receiving 95 James Halliday points this wine is perfect for cellaring for up to eight years.All grown in within the Wood Park home block the varieties are harvested separately and all fermented in 3 tonne open fermenters and regularly hand plunged, helping bring out the vibrant color. The wines were transferred to seasoned oak barrels for 22 months and blended prior to bottling. This style was inspired by the super Tuscans of Italy.
Wood Park Wines Pinot Noir
This is a bold Pinot Noir with a palate that is rich and distinctive with a fleshy texture with a smooth finish. Featuring black cherry, plum and a touch of cinnamon, bright and vibrant with the savoury spice of a Burgundy style wine. Our Pinot Noir has great persistence and length with a taut structure.
Wood Park Wines Wild's Gully Tempranillo
Tempranillo, Spanish for 'early ripening', our Tempranillo grapes are the first to fruit on our vineyard with berries loaded with colour and enticing flavours. Our Tempranillo grapes are grown on our vineyard in Markwood and the 2019 vintage has proven to be an excellent year for the Spanish varietal. Classic savoury Tempranillo characteristics with cherry and raspberry notes make for an excellent food wine.

Our Prosecco is a crisp glass of bubbles with hints of apple and a fresh lively finish that dances on the palate. Grown at the foothills of Mt Buffalo these grapes capture the fresh and clean flavours which the Alpine Valley is renowned for. Perfect for evening drinks and a warm weekend.
Wood Park Wines Wild's Gully Sauvignon Blanc
Our Sauvignon blanc grapes are harvested from the Alpine Valley in the cool of the night to preserve the delicate fruit aromas and flavours. Bursting with rich fruit notes of passionfruit, gooseberry and citrus balanced with crisp acidity.The fruit was gently crushed and pressed and after settling and racking the juice was fermented using a number of yeast strains to promote flavour and structure. This wine is a light bodied dry white and we recommend that it should be served between 7 and 11 degrees.
Wood Park Wines Pinot Gris
Our Pinot Gris grapes are grown in the Whitlands region of North East Victoria with high elevation that suits Pinot Gris variety. Our production follows the traditional French styling which results in a fresh, crisp palate with honey and pear characters.The grapes are whole bunch pressed gently to avoid picking up colour and any bitterness. The juice is fermented to dryness in a stainless steel tank and then bottled soon after it finishes settling.
