Known to many as the 'Baby Menzies', the Cigar is a brilliant modern take on Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon and has always shown a propensity to sell out quickly each vintage.

Yalumba continue to produce amazing quality, premium wines for a fraction of the price they could demand. The Menzies is prime example with rich, blackcurrant and cassis fruit with integrated oak that fills the mouth.

Blood red in colour with hues showing some maturity. Complex aromas of ground coffee, chocolate and red fruits. The palate still shows the 2012 vintage vibrancy and tension, now layered with complex umami and cedar. This wine is deep, even, long and utterly delicious.
