Cullen Wines Diana Madeline
Certified biodynamic and organic. Magnificent pitch black colour with a very deep bright dark red black hue. On the nose a lovely mix of red to black currant and mulberry scents morph into violet, vanillin cedar, dried herb, tobacco, black olive and spicy bay leaf notes. Medium bodied, elegant and superbly structured, the palate features a tightly knit matrix of red to black currant, mulberry and black olive flavours. Bright youthful acidity and an assertive grainy tannin structure provide an iron girder like core. Notions of tobacco, dried herbs, vanillin cedar and spicy bay leaf infusions also chime in. Restrained and understated in its power at present it concludes long and rich yet compact. Cellar 10-20 years. Alc. 13%
Cullen Wines Late Harvest Chenin Blanc
Cullen is a biodynamically farmed, carbon neutral, naturally powered estate in the heart of Margaret River. Vanya Cullen is one of Australia’s most celebrated winemakers, and was an early pioneer of farming grapes and producing wines in accordance with the biodynamic calendar. She is also the 2020 James Halliday Wine Companion Winemaker of the Year. Chenin Blanc was planted on the Cullen Vineyard Estate in 1976. This dessert wine is made from hand picked cane cut grapes with the fruit quality being exceptional, reflecting an excellent growing season. Pure, refreshing with a cleansing finish.
Cullen Amber Semillon Sauvignon Blanc
The Cullen Amber Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is the first Amber wine made from Cullen Wines. It is a blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc coming from our certified Biodynamic vineyards. The idea behind this wine was to make a white wine like a red.
Cullen Wines Legacy Series Sauvignon Blanc
CULLEN WINES Legacy Series Sauvignon Blanc, Margaret River The Legacy Sauvignon Blanc in Cullen's artisanal range of wines defines the highest quality and sets the direction for the Cullen Wines brand. The conditions for the 2019 vintage created wines of incredible aromatics and elegance, yet with great power. Light gold with green tinges in colour, the aromatics whirl with notes of freshly cut grass, blueberries, lemon, and kaffir lime. The palate has a bright and refreshing acidity, trailing through with crisp lemon, kaffir lime, and an excellent mouthfeel and texture. There is a beautiful phenolic tension driving the flavours right to the back palate. Tremendous length and agility with enduring perfume and charm. An iron fist in a velvet glove.
Cullen Amber Sauvignon Blanc
Pale Amber colour. Very complex aromas already with orange bitters, almonds and a hint of honeysuckle. This wine has a textural and concentrated palate with great length and persistence. Delightful notes of orange, toffee and gentle saltiness on the finish. It is a tannic wine. This new release of our Amber wine is a blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc selected from our certified Biodynamic vineyard. The wine was left on the skins and fermented partially before being pressed off. The skin maceration went from 9 days to 44 days depending on the parcel. The fruit was processed in different vessels: open fermenters, closed tanks as well as amphorae. This explains some of the complexity and the many layers of this wine. We look at it being a natural step in creative as well as artisanal winemaking. On the advice of eminent agronomist Dr. John Gladstones, Dr. Kevin and Diana Cullen planted a trial acre of vines at Wilyabrup, Margaret River in 1966. Commencing in 1971, 18 acres of vines were planted on their sheep and cattle farm, including their first Cabernet Sauvignon vines. Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Semillon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc were planted between 1976 and 1978.
Cullen Grace Madeline Sauvignon Blanc Semillon
All Cullen Wines are grown on a certified Biodynamic, Carbon Neutral and naturally powered estate. Grapes are harvested by hand on fruit and flower days according to the astrological calendar. The wines have no additions of yeast, acid or malolactic culture, and are in this sense natural wines which express the place and land on which they are grown, the vintage and the people.
Domaine Joseph Colin Saint Aubin 1er cru 'les Murgers Dents de Chien'
Product Description: One of Saint-Aubin’s most serious sites—chalk, cut and quiet power. The 2023 Saint-Aubin 1er Cru “Les Murgers Dents de Chien” is drawn from one of the commune’s highest and most esteemed vineyards, perched just above Grand Cru Chevalier-Montrachet and bordering En Remilly. From this steep, limestone-dense slope, Joseph Colin crafts a Chardonnay of precision, structure and depth. Made with a minimalist approach—whole bunch pressed, no bâtonnage or fining, and only minimal sulphur at bottling—the wine is fermented in 350-litre barrels and finished in stainless for extra focus. The nose is tight and reductive at first, slowly unfurling pear, stone fruit and white flowers. The palate is taut, layered and deeply mineral, finishing long with chalk and quiet power. It's slightly more coiled than En Remilly this vintage, with a similar potential arc. Cellar through to 2032 or decant now to pair with scallops, crayfish or rich poultry dishes. Tasting Notes NOSE – Tight and complex Pear, white flowers, crisp stone fruit and a touch of reduction. PALATE – Focused and layered Seamless citrus and orchard fruit over chalk and almond nuance. FINISH – Long and mineral Concentrated and precise with a lingering, chalky close. Reviews & Accolades “Currently more tightly wound than En Remilly, but should emerge with a similar result.” – Jasper Morris, Inside Burgundy, 92–94 Points “Taut and concentrated, with good depth and a long, chalky finish.” – William Kelley, Wine Advocate, 93 Points
Domaine Joseph Colin Saint Aubin 1er cru 'En Remilly'
Product Description: Limestone precision meets orchard generosity in a top-tier Saint-Aubin. The 2023 Saint-Aubin 1er Cru “En Remilly” is one of the standouts in Joseph Colin’s lineup, offering a plush yet mineral-charged take on Chardonnay. Sourced from two parcels planted in the 1990s—one near Chassagne, the other close to “Les Cortons”—this 0.56-hectare site delivers both structure and charm. It's also the first plot picked each vintage, capturing bright acid and perfect fruit ripeness. Vinified with Colin’s light-touch approach—whole bunch pressed, minimal sulphur, no bâtonnage or fining—this wine is all about finesse. The nose opens with ripe citrus, green apple, and hints of flint and spice. On the palate, juicy white orchard fruit is lifted by stony drive and a thread of marzipan richness. There's no overreach here—just texture, purity and excellent balance. Drink from 2027–2032 or now with a short decant. Ideal with scallops, crayfish or buttery poultry. Tasting Notes NOSE – Bright and generous Ripe citrus, orchard fruit, flinty rock and soft spice. PALATE – Juicy and polished White peach, lemon, fine chalky minerality and a hint of marzipan. FINISH – Long and lifting A precise mineral line lingers with savoury depth and freshness. Reviews & Accolades “Beautifully juicy on the palate, with a lift in every sip... optimum ripeness, the first wine picked and got just exactly right.” – Jasper Morris, Inside Burgundy, 92–95 Points
