All Cullen Wines are grown on a certified Biodynamic, Carbon Neutral and naturally powered estate. Grapes are harvested by hand on fruit and flower days according to the astrological calendar. The wines have no additions of yeast, acid or malolactic culture, and are in this sense natural wines which express the place and land on which they are grown, the vintage and the people.

Light straw green. A great expression of Sauvignon Blanc, with white flowers notes and tropical fruit aromas. A marvellous amalgam of pomelo, guava, cumquat with great minerality on the finish. The 2021 vintage was marked by low yields, ensuring that the crop was harvested at optimal ripeness and in ideal condition. Although bird pressure was high and unpredictable rainfall during the growing season and throughout harvest presented challenges, the artisanal nature of our wines prevailed. Wines of excellent balance and fruit purity, a vintage similar to 2003 in style. Best varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. A clean introduction of citrus blossom and white flowers wraps the palate, followed by vibrant notes of mandarins and pink grapefruits. The transitions to a textural mid-palate with flavors of pink lady apples and Bosc pear, culminating in a crisp finish marked by a clean minerality. The creamy nettle lingers, showcasing the wine's multilayered complexity and the balance of its phenolics.

This wine is a blend of 79% Sauvignon Blanc, 16% Semillon and 5% Verdelho, and is made from certified biodynamic fruit. Harvested on the fruit and flower days of the biodynamic calendar and fermented without oak, additions of yeast or acid. Some skin contact time before fermentation.
