De Iuiis Hunter Valley Semillon has lifted tropical fruits and citrus characters that dominate the aroma, while excellent natural acidity adds balance and length of flavour.

Kaesler have had their Semillon vines in the ground since 1960, and in that time have made some truly wonderful wines. The now Old Vines produce wine of intensity, focus, character and sheer drinkability. Cut grass and citrus, green apple and lemon curd, it is drinking beautifully now and will improve over the short term.

Lenton Brae is a pioneer of this style in Margaret River and one of the benchmarks. Tropical and citrus fruit marries seamlessly with subtle oak giving the wine wonderful length and depth of flavour.

This exquisite Five Tales Sauvignon Blanc Semillon displays a pale straw colour with a bright green haze. The fragrant bouquet exudes lively aromas of tropical fruits, citrus and herbs, making way for a zesty and textured palate filled with intense citrus and tropical fruit flavours. These vibrant characters are balanced by crisp acidity, which leads this delightful white blend to a dry and refreshing finish. It has the potential to be cellared for 1 to 2 years from vintage. It was produced from Sauvignon Blanc harvested exclusively from the familys Mangan Vineyard and on the day when the moon was opposite Saturn.
