Italian pioneers in the King Valley region of Northeastern Victoria, Dal Zotto have produced a Pinot Grigio of class and style here. Displaying aromatics of blossom, honeysuckle and pear, this fresh, lively wine finishes dry with good acidity.

Made in the traditional Italian style, fruit was sourced predominantly from the Del Rios vineyard in Victoria and gently pressed using airbag presses and the resulting free run juice was then chilled to 4 degrees and filtered before fermentation. Post fermentation the wine was cold stabilised and lightly fined before being cold filtered ready for bottling. Tropical fruit and pear flavours and hints of citrus provide a fresh, clean, crisp style with a medium bodied palate. A delicate aroma of pear and passionfruit with floral undertone.

Focussed on highlighting the spice and herbal elements of this variety balanced by the freshness of Nashi pears and the crisp steelyacidity synonymous with Italian Pinot Grigio. The perfectaccompaniment to any spring evening.
