Sensi Collezione Pinot Grigio Veneto is aged in steel for 8 months, and then ages further in bottles for two months. The aromatic and fresh taste renders it particularly adapted to match salamis and medium-seasoned cheeses as we as a wide range of complicated dishes. Crisp, dry and herbaceous with a lovely finish.

Our Pinot Grigio has a delightful colour of light green with a silvery hue. The aroma entices with faint floral notes, intertwined with freshly crushed green apple. Crisp and well-balanced, it displays a subtle palate of quince, spice, apple and pear, and a clean refreshing acidity. It is the perfect companion for entrées, delicate dishes, and grilled or baked fish.

Jacob's Creek Cool Harvest Pinot Grigio was harvested in the cool of night when the fruit was at its coolest and freshest to capture the natural, crisp, fruit flavours. Deep in the middle of the night, carefully selected parcels of quality Pinot Grigio were picked with the fruit simply bursting with natural vibrancy. The growing season was perfect with extended rain during the winter of 2010 allowing a healthy fruit set and ample crop. On the nose the Cool Harvest Grigio has elevated notes of pear, stone-fruit and lemon zest while the palate follows up with the same zesty pear and wonderful citrus notes.

A subtle nose of citrus, green pear, spice, mineral and white flowers. The palate displays softness of fruit with a finer acidity. A lovely fresh white wine best enjoyed in its youth.
