Complex and interesting with fascinating oyster shell aromatics, intense pure white tropical flavours with schisty minerally notes: powerful, vibrand and tangy, finishing fresh and zesty. This wine is a blend of 79% Sauvignon Blanc, 16% Semillon and 5% Verdelho, and is made from certified biodynamic fruit. Harvested on the fruit and flower days of the biodynamic calendar and fermented without oak, additions of yeast or acid. Some skin contact time before fermentation.

The Vasse Felix Cane Cut has complex aromas of lemon meringue and ginger nut, with hints of vanilla spice. A lovely viscous, silky mouthfeel provides richness and texture.
