Matured in hand-selected first-fill ex-bourbon casks, an impactful flavour is further enhanced by non chill-filtration for a fuller texture. A unique style centred around freshness and arresting aromas, the Vin de Constance is a naturally sweet wine made with unbotrytised raisined Muscat de Frontignan grapes. Complex, robust and decadent, the nose is alluring with notes of honeysuckle, Seville orange marmalade and ginger. The palate is suavely full-bodied with an intense kaleidoscope of flavours ranging from lively, zesty citrus, almond and dried fruits to fresh French vanilla. Yet all the while, the harmonious balance of salinity, acidity, spice and sweetness tames the depth of concentration, allowing the wine's refreshing vibrancy to shine through.
