Displaying an intense ruby colour, the 2018 Inara Pinot Noir is a study in red fruits. Full of dark cherry, raspberry and macerated strawberry flavours, the palate of this wine has silky tannins and a touch of clove spice from the oak ageing. A wine made to be enjoyed with family and friends.

In 1955, without anyone to leave his winery and vineyards to, he chose Albert Bichot to continue his legacy. A wise choice – Bichot has been rated Burgundy’s best producer of both the region's red and white wines, and a number of their releases have become great favourites with our customers. This is their fine, classic Chablis – top Chardonnay grapes lending lightly honeyed fruit and a bright minerality, with lees ageing for an extra layer of complexity. Rounded and well balanced, it’s one to serve cellar cool, in wide-bowled glasses with white meat dishes – creamy chicken pie or pork casserole – or panfried salmon.
