Our Classic London Dry is at its heart, building on the fruity and citrus notes, Edinburgh Lemon & Jasmine Gin is filled with bright zesty lemon and the heady perfumed scents of white jasmine flowers. Inspired by the Sicilian sun-drenched lemon groves and the perfumed scent of jasmine flowers in the height of bloom. This gin is ideal for longer days a captivatingly fresh and crisp gin.

We don’t do things in halves at 7K. So when we wanted to make a dry gin with real spice, we couldn’t go past the Carolina Reaper Chilli as our star ingredient. We’ve also gone hard on the juniper, giving it that classic London dryness, and helping bring out a strawberry-like flavour from the Reaper. If this big, bold flavour sounds intimidating, relax – the chilli spice is perfectly balanced in a Bloody Mary, martini or G&T.

Bloom is triple-distilled using honeysuckle, pomelo and chamomile in addition to the more standard botanicals of juniper, angelica, and cubeb berries. Inspired by an English country garden, its floral and timeless design brings a marriage between that traditional and inspiring.
