For 20 years The Famous Bundaberg Distillery has been aging rums in an array of different barrels. Bundaberg XF is a superior blend of aged and bourbon barrel rum that’s then given an extra finish in heavily charred oak barrels. It’s the twice that makes it nice. XF is a sublimely mellow and buttery rich sipper with hints of deep caramel, vanilla, and burnt honey creme like nothing we’ve ever tasted before. Made for moments that matter, but don’t they all. Two Swallows was created by Thomas Hurst as a tribute to his famous ancestor Captn Matthew Webb who was the first man to swim the English Channel in 1875. Webb died in 1883 when trying swim the whirlpool rapids at Niagara Falls. Traditionally, a tattoo of Two Swallows, when a sailor drowns will carry their soul up to Heaven.

First distilled in 1888, Bundaberg Rum is as Australian as it gets. Bundaberg Rum Overproof is distilled and aged for a bold, rich flavour full of oak, caramel and spice, then perfectly mixed with cola. Pour over ice and add a lime for garnish.

Santisima Trinidad 7 year old Rum is tbright amber in colour with slightly sweet aromas of raisins, dried grapes and oak. On the palate there is slight but perceptible sweetness, combined with hints of vanilla and dried sweet almonds.
