Dictador 20 Years Rum is made from the fermentation of virgin sugar cane honey, distilled partly in copper alembic and partly in steel continuous column, to achieve a medium body rum. In the mouth, it is very soft and round, yet big and full flavoured, with caramel, vanilla, cocoa and roasted honey – a strong and rare texture

Husk Spiced Bam Bam starts as a 3-4 year old barrel aged Australian Agricole rum, which is infused with whole native and traditional botanicals to impart all natural spices. Roasted Australian wattle seed, native ginger and sun-dried orange and mandarin peel combine with golden berries, whole Tahitian vanilla beans and cinnamon quills to create a unique spice flavour rounded and balanced with a sprinkle of local sea salt. The Matusalem Rum company was started by the Camp brothers in 1872 as a family affair. The "new" Cuban rum rapidly caught on in the world's markets. In the early 1940's the company experienced a period of tremendous growth and by the 1950's it had already captured 50% of the Cuban market, making it the leading rum sold in Cuba. This Habitation St Etienne VSOP rum is aged in Bourbon oak casks and in French oak casks on the beautiful plantation of Saint Etienne in Central Martinique. This process confers this exceptional rum a Creole flavor and a spicy, aromatic palate. The nose is rich with candied fruit: apricot, peach, cantaloupe, followed by notes of grilled almonds and caramel with buttered coffee and clove. The taste is superb and enhances the nose: a broad, warm attack, admirably envelopes the palate. Its mellow nature and viscosity accentuate the lasting taste of this very old rum.
