Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva is a blend of 20 per cent light column distilled rums with 80 per cent pot still rums aged up to 12 years, a proportion of which are rums from exceptional barrels which are used in Master Blender Tito Cordero's secret preparation. Although he won't reveal the ages of the rums used he has disclosed that he mixes these exceptional rums with a little cane sugar prior to blending with the main body of rums to amplify their flavour so they impart a slight touch of sweetness and a distinctive flavour to the finished rum.

Husk Spiced Bam Bam starts as a 3-4 year old barrel aged Australian Agricole rum, which is infused with whole native and traditional botanicals to impart all natural spices. Bundaberg Original Underproof Rum
Bundaberg Original Underproof Rum was first distilled in 1888 and is Australian as it gets. Produced with 100% local sugar cane, this rum is matured to perfection for a mellow and smooth flavour. You'll become captivated by the hints of caramel and molasses. The final product has hits of black pepper spice and Demerara sugar on the nose, followed by heavy oak tones. Dos Maderas 5+5 Year Old PX Rum
Dos Maderas, meaning ‘two woods’ references the unusual maturation of this rum. It was initially aged in the Caribbean for 5 years before a second stint in Spain. The latter takes place at Williams & Humbert's facilities in Jerez with the rum transferred to casks that previously contained “Dos Cortados” (Palo Cortado Sherry). The final stage finishes the rum in x Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks. Tasting note: Brilliant amber-gold ochre dazzles in the glass. Moderate aromas of raisin and date cake, raw sugar, dark chocolate, caramel fudge and aged muscat wine, follows through to a silky, easy, graceful delivery; Flavours of liqueur muscat, raisins and honey finishing moderately viscous and medium-sweet with succulent dried fruit and caramel notes in the aftertaste.
