Crafted by Joy Spence to commemorate Appleton Estate's 250th anniversary. This blend of pot and column still rums, aged a minimum of 8 years in the tropical climate of Jamaica, is made with Jamaican limestone-filtered water and no added flavours.Perfect for sipping or transforming ordinary drinks into extraordinary cocktails such as Joys Cocktail or the Rum Manhattan.

They say, "Nusa Caña Spiced rum draws on Indonesia’s heritage of nutmeg, clove and exotic tastes in its blend of 6 all natural spices and flavours. Ginger, coffee & cacao are wrapped up in the sweetness of pineapple, finished with the exotic warmth of nutmeg and clove. The only rum inspired by the ‘Spice Islands’ of Indonesia." Nusa Cana aren't just bringing back Indonesian rum - they're making rum unlike any other. Javanese sugar cane molasses, natural forest filtered water and wild yeast (grown on dried red rice) are slowly fermented, then distilled twice in antique pot stills. The rum is matured in Javanese teak barrels and transported to Holland (it's a 250-year-old tradition) to be blended with selected modern rums.

"Beautiful light amber color, with orange glints translucent and bright. Aromas of alcohol, white flowers, molasses or caramel, saltiness and light wood. Balanced in the mouth, molasses, raisins, nuts, pleasant salinity, character and average permanence in the palate."

Golden amber color. Candied aromas of cream soda, cake batter, toasted marshmallow, coconut flakes, and dr. pepper with a supple, bright, off-dry medium body and an interesting, medium-length caramel, candied nuts in banana bread, and hints of espresso finish. A sweet, candied and spicy rum that’s an easy-drinker.

Clement single cask Vintage rum was distilled solely using Blue sugar cane, currently one of the best varieties of cane on the market. This exceptional rum was slowly aged for 4 years and 5 months in American bourbon barrels before being selected by the cellar master.

Bolivar is a Latin-style premium rum blend with tropically aged Venezuelan rum and carefully crafted distillates of cacao and vanilla. Rich and smooth on the palate with notes of dark chocolate, creme brûlée, salted caramel & cappuccino, followed by an elegant finish of oak & cinnamon.

By hand, we steep fresh mangoes, roasted macadamias, Native Australian lemongrass, grapefruit peel, vanilla pods & cinnamon in our red wine cask matured Rum to develop intense flavour & bold aromas. Our Head Distiller Shane Casey designed this infusion profile with the vision that every ingredient has purpose and place. It's a full-bodied spiced rum that balances bright citrus upfront, sweetness, and a lingering depth of spice on the palate. A unique spirit crafted with a blend of up to 7-year-old rums from Dominican Republic, Nicaragua and Barbados, infused with both fresh and dried bananas over a 5-week maceration process.
