They say, "Nusa Caña Spiced rum draws on Indonesia’s heritage of nutmeg, clove and exotic tastes in its blend of 6 all natural spices and flavours. Javanese sugar cane molasses, natural forest filtered water and wild yeast (grown on dried red rice) are slowly fermented, then distilled twice in antique pot stills. The rum is matured in Javanese teak barrels and transported to Holland (it's a 250-year-old tradition) to be blended with selected modern rums.
