This release is vibrant yet contemplative. The oak presence is pronounced but refined, allowing for a seamless interplay between warm spices and fruit. Huon pine lifts the spirit with an alpine freshness, adding a herby complexity. Matured for 16 years in a single 200L American oak ex-Bourbon cask, this release is bottled at 48.2% ABV and yields just 195 bottles.
