The Quarter Cask is a strong, double cask matured, non-chill filtered malt from the iconic Islay distillery, Laphroaig. With a nose of burning peat embers and hints of coconut and bananas that is then followed by a palate that is deep and complex with smoky flavours. Still quite gentle with a hint of sweetness, this 48% Single Malt has a long, spicy and smoky finish that seems to last an eternity.

Shinobu Whisky is hand crafted by the creative distiller, Mr. Usami, by carefully selecting whisky from around the world which are first reserved in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks and then finishing them with precious Japanese Mizunara oak in Japan. The result is a unique fusion of flavours and dynamic explosion in palate yet so smooth and easy to drink. All natural with no colouring.

Glengoyne can claim to have the slowest distillation process in Scotland - a process that makes this distillery very unique, much like their positioning on the Highland/Lowland border. The 15 Year Old Single Malt is supremely complex, sweet and well rounded. There is a wonderful spicy oak finish that compliments the luscious palate that is enhanced by the process of air drying the barley, never peat dried. Since inception in 1881, Bunnahabhain has been producing an Islay malt a little different from most. By not heavily peating their malted barley, the resulting whisky is a clean, pure and distinctive malt.
