In the whiskey that bears his name, the legendary spirit of Patrick J. OFlaherty lives on today, worldwide. He was Paddy, to his friends, and they were legion. A kindly, generous and beloved fellow, Paddy traveled pub-to-pub across Ireland, selling Cork Distilleries Map of Ireland Whiskey and giving out rounds of free drinks along the way, for more than four decades, but the legend (and the whiskey) became a favorite well beyond Ireland. Before long, international patrons and publicans alike were clamouring for more Paddy, so the whiskeys name was changed to honour the man himself, as global demand increased. Paddys namesake whiskey, triple distilled and aged in the oaken casks of County Cork, Ireland, was always light, balanced and pure. A smooth, accessible whiskey for nearly a quarter millennium, it remains just so today, wherever you enjoy it.

During barrel aging a drop of whiskey is lost to evaporation and is sacrificed to the heavens, often referred to as the "Angels Share." Three Angels Irish Whiskey uses a unique "Holy Trinity" blend of Grain, Pot and Malt Irish whiskey to deliver a silky smooth taste. This blend leads with sweet notes of honey which are followed up with cereal and peppery notes to finish, creating a silky smooth whiskey.

Bushmills Single Malt Whiskey 16 year old is aged for 16 years in a combination of Oloroso Sherry and Bourbon-seasoned casks, then matured for several months in port wine barrels. Born from a conversation between Jameson's head distiller and the head brewer of Cork's Franciscan Well Brewery, Jameson Caskmates is a head-turning, modern Irish whiskey. The whiskey has been finished in stout-seasoned casks, producing notes of cocoa, coffee and butterscotch while still retaining Jameson's famous triple-distilled smoothness.

The Whistler 5 Year Old Bodega Cask Single Malt is a triple distilled whiskey that has been wholly matured in the finest Spanish Sherry Butts for its whole life. These butts were sourced from our partners in the famed Bodegas of Jerez de la Frontera.

Slightly more expressive than its Pot Still sibling, the aroma conjures frail scents of balsa wood, hay, poached pears in wine, green apples and light vanilla. It's also a more delicately textured whiskey suggesting flavours of sweet cereals and stewed orchard fruits, building succulence, ending crunchy, lipsmacking and gently spiced.
