The bouquet in this wine shows bright red fruits such as cranberries and cherries along with subtle cedary oak nuances. The palate is lively and fresh supported by silky tannins and savoury briar characters carrying the wine to a long finish. Always regarded as one of Margaret River's favourite wineries due to the inherant quality. Forester Estate seems to marry beautifully with their value-for-money philosophy. This Cabernet Merlot continues to win wide acclaim due to its dark purple colour and its lifted aromas of raspberries and black forest cake. Rich berry flavours are well balanced by a tight tannin structure typical of quality Margaret River Cabernets. The other great bonus is the ability of this great Cab blend to morph into a true cellar star.

This stunning blend combines Cabernet with its dark fruits, bright cassis, hints of dried herbs whilst the Merlot subtly brings plush blue fruits and warmth, surrounded by supple tannins and neatly integrated oak.

From the highly regarded wine making team at Pierro comes this more than worthy second label. Expressive red berry characters on the nose are intermingled with nuances of blood plum, and on the palate these flavours are underpinned by subtle oak.

The Rock of Solitude is a special place in our vineyard, a single flat rock facing west, overlooking Geographe Bay. In the quiet of the early morning and evening this is the perfect place to seek seclusion and regain energy from the earth. Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were machine-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The ferments were pumped over twice a day. Postalcoholic fermentation, it was pressed to tank before racking off to barrel for malo-lactic fermentation and maturation. The wine was then blended together, fined, filtered and bottled.

LTCf stands for 'little touch of cabernet franc'. This classic Bordeaux blend has plenty of rich and concentrated flavours with fine tannins.
