An attractive wooden twin-pack case showcasing two classic Bordeaux blends: 2018 Chateau Haut Madrac is a Cru Bourgeois in the Haut Médoc. A blend of 58% Cabernet Sauvignon and 42% Merlot, it is an elegant yet powerful example claret with depth of flavour. 2022 Horizon de Lynch is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot. Intense purple in colour, with aromas of toasty cedar, dark plums, and liquorice. Fine tannins round out the silky finish - a great example of a modern and highly drinkable claret.

This is Penfolds second French Wine Trial from the storied vineyards of Bordeaux, crafted by blending three of the region's classic varietals – Cabernet, Merlot and Petit Verdot. The palate is vibrant and contemporary with cherry and black fruits, cinnamon and nutmeg notes.

The Napa Valley Chardonnay comes from the coolest regions. In the cellar, techniques such as French oak barrel fermentation and lees stirring are employed, resulting in a Chardonnay that balances the complexity and richness of Napa Valley. 90% barrel fermented and 10% tank fermented, with 9 months of ageing in 40% new French oak barrels. This rich and radiant Chardonnay leaps from the glass with enticing aromas of nectarine, lemongrass, pear blossom and caramelised pineapple. The citrus and stone fruit layers are echoed on the silky palate where flavours of white peach, lemon zest and vanilla flow to a bright and zesty finish.

Langton's Classified Excellent WIN an Exceptional wine cellar* worth more than $10k The Keyneton Euphonium epitomises the Henschke winemaking style. Typically this elegantly proportioned wine shows ripe dark berry, dried herb spicy aromas, plush concentrated flavours, velvety textures and long sinuous finish. The wine is a Shiraz dominant blend with minor components of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc from the Eden and Barossa Valleys. It is named after the Barossa Hills village of Keyneton, the centre of the Henschke familys cultural and working life for over 150 years. Maturation takes place in a small proportion of new oak hogsheads with the remainder seasoned French and American oak hogsheads for 18 months. "The Euphonium moniker was first introduced with the 2006 vintage.

Winemaking Hand-picked, hand-sorted, gently de-stemmed and berry sorted. Small, separate-batch ferments. Matured for 18 months in French oak and 50% new barrels. Only the 10 finest barrels selected for the final blend.

Cullen, world famous for their Diana Madeline Cabernet Merlot, have introduced another Cab Merlot, a distinguished offshoot of the Langton's classified Diana Madeline. Majority Cabernet Sauvignon blended with Merlot and touch of Petit Verdot gives the wine a luscious, bright cherry flavour with red berries playing their part. Aged in French oak, 40% of which was new, for one year. Delicious to serve with veal, lamb or beef today, but will also reward up to 10 years in the cellar.

LTCf stands for 'little touch of cabernet franc'. This classic Bordeaux blend has plenty of rich and concentrated flavours with fine tannins.
