Hidden Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon is rich and smooth with aromas of dark cherry and blackcurrant that are balanced by cedar oak notes. These flavours are carried through to the palate leaving long tannins and a generous finish.

John Riddoch (1827 - 1901) is the man responsible for putting Coonawarra on the map after establishing the Coonawarra Fruit Colony in 1891. Today, Coonawarra and its famous 'terra rossa' strip of limestone rich soil is home to some of Australia's greatest Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards. This Riddoch Cabernet is an exciting expression of the region with its deep purple colour, spicy plum, chocolate and toasty vanillan aromas which are followed by a luscious palate of blueberry and accompanying eucalypt accented spice.

Yellow Tail Cabernet Sauvignon is a bright red colour with a fragrant nose of primary red fruits and blackcurrants. Aromas of crushed blackberries with sweet mocha also fill the nose. Brimming with rich blackcurrant fruit and sour cherry flavours, the wine is mid-weight and displays a soft velvety finish.

Taylors Reserve Parcel Cabernet Sauvignon has an aroma of rich blackcurrant, subtle spice, tomato leaf and a touch of eucalypt. French oak maturation is also evident with subtle aromas of cedar and dark chocolate.

Directly from the heart of Eden Valley, the Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from the cool climate, high altitude vineyard of Château Tanunda. A concentrated wine with the expected regional characteristics of mint leaves and ripe dark forest berries on the nose. Crafted from the estate's best Bordeaux-origin Cabernet Sauvignon grapes planted in 1985 on terra rossa soil and aims to rival Bordeaux First Growths. First Growth is only produced in vintages where fruit quality and varietal typicity is deemed to be exceptional. Fermented for 12 days and macerated for a further 28 in closed fermenters, the wine gained tannin structure and aging potential. Pressed into 80% new French oak barriques and matured for 18 months, developing fine-grained tannins and a tightly structured wine capable of improving over 20 years of cellaring. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep, dense red with purple hues. Aromas of cassis, blackberry, dried herbs, and cigar box. Palate of cassis and dried herbs leading to blackberry and spice, with restrained, long-lasting tannins.
