CHATEAU BATAILLEY 5ME CRU CLASSE, PAUILLAC
Chateau Batailley is a highly regarded 5th growth classified estate, located in the appellation of Pauillac on the left bank of Bordeaux. Owned by the Castéja family of négociants Borie-Manoux, it is one of the oldest estates in the Médoc. A Cabernet Sauvignon dominant blend with smaller components of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, it is a solid, classically structured mid-weight Pauillac displaying fresh notes of cassis and a backbone of fine-grained tannins.
Chateau Lassegue St Emilion
A measured yet powerful grip holds interest from beginning to end of the palate. This is just dripping with salinity from crushed stones, graphite and slate - a physical presence that balances beautifully with the fleshy black cherry and damson fruits, and the chocolate shavings. An excellent quality Lassegue, hard hitting and muscular but with pace and persistency.

Chapel Hill are in the fortunate position to be the custodians of some of the most unique vineyard sites in McLaren Vale; showcased by The Gorge vineyard planted in 1993. With the gently undulating soils, which are derived from prized ancient rock formations, are further enhanced by the elevation as the site perfectly capitalises on the beneficial coastal influence. Château Tanunda 50 Year Old Vines Cabernet Sauvignon
Deep magenta in colour with a vibrant nose of dark fruit, chocolate, vanilla and cinnamon aromas. An exotic and full-bodied palate driven by flavours of fruits of the forest, blackcurrant and a hint of savoury spice bound together by succulent fine-grained tannins. A wine of great length which will reward many years in the cellar.
Chateau Labegorce Margaux
Labegorce is found just north of the town of Margaux, opposite Chateau Lascombes. It produces wines that are often favourably compared to its neighbouring classified Margaux Growths, but available for considerably less of an investment. Its instantly recognisable and iconic chateau was constructed in 1821, and the modern estate was purchased by Hubert Perrodo in 1989, now managed by his daughter Nathalie. The wine is typically made up of at least 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, followed by slightly less Merlot and a small balance of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Soils here are primarily sandy gravel with small amounts of limestone.
Chateau Laroque St Emilion
The largest estate in St Emillion, Laroque has been in the Beaumartin family since 1935, but has been completely revitalised and garnered a cult following in the last decade. The vineyards were originally put down in the 18th Century, with the current vines planted in the 1960s. David Suire has taken in the mantle of winemaker with aplomb - his most recent releases being consistently excellent. The property also produces fruit for wines sold as Chateau Peymouton and the estates second wine Les Tours de Laroque.

Harvested from 2 blocks close to the original homestead of the estate ... this Cabernet Sauvignon shows all the qualities of a cool climate wine from a mature vineyard. Aged in French oak. Flavours of black currant, cigar leaf, plum, black cherry and green pepper perfectly accompany food with intense flavours like grilled meat or strong cheese.

Viña Los Boldos is a family owned winery of European origin, located on the exceptional soils of Cachapoal Andes, Chile. After several years of study, during which we carried out individualized harvests and vinification in different areas of certain lots, we identified specific spots that offer particular characteristics, which we call polygons. For La Campana, we specifically select the polygons that offer a fresher and more vibrant profile, with a good presence of fruit and where the minerality typical of these types of soil is further highlighted. 95% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Syrah. Cachapoal Andes Valley. 14% ABV. Ageing: 40% in french oak barrels for 12 month. 20% in oak Foudre for 12 months. 20% Concrete tank for 12 months. 20% Inox Tank for 12 months. Tasting Notes Deep ruby-red color with violet shades Intense ripe fruits such as cassis, plums, raspberries and spicy hints. Blond tobacco, cedar and dark chocolate. Parker Estate 1st Growth Cabernet Sauvingnon
Crafted from the estate's best Bordeaux-origin Cabernet Sauvignon grapes planted in 1985 on terra rossa soil and aims to rival Bordeaux First Growths. First Growth is only produced in vintages where fruit quality and varietal typicity is deemed to be exceptional. Fermented for 12 days and macerated for a further 28 in closed fermenters, the wine gained tannin structure and aging potential. Pressed into 80% new French oak barriques and matured for 18 months, developing fine-grained tannins and a tightly structured wine capable of improving over 20 years of cellaring. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep, dense red with purple hues. Aromas of cassis, blackberry, dried herbs, and cigar box. Palate of cassis and dried herbs leading to blackberry and spice, with restrained, long-lasting tannins.
