Its vinified the same way as the Magis see above however the élevage is just one single 500 litre demi-mud for 36 months on full lees, no racking/sulphur for the full period.

This Cannonau expresses the two souls of Sardinia, the land and the sea. The color is dark red with impenetrable violet reflections. Notes of blackberry jam, small red fruits combined with notes of leather and spices. Tannin present but elegant, structure and body, long persistence.

These days easily one of the very best contemporary white wines of France, this is produced from 90% Grenache Gris and 10% Grenache Blanc. Stylistically these channel Ganevat if you can believe that, they have similar cut and verve - piercingly fresh and floral with faint hints at nashi pear and stone, the fact that the grapes were grown at altitude keeps this wine tight, fine and mineral. In fact you could be forgiven for thinking that this had a good slug of the finest Chablis in it such is it's moreish flavour and mineral nature. This is superb.

is blended from mostly old vines Carignan and the rest Grenache and Syrah; it’s got bright, caressingly soft and velvety bright and pure fruit that has incredible freshness and clarity and a stony, sappy core — Jean Foillard’s influence here has produced an incredibly stylish wine that tastes like a Languedocian version of his famous Morgon 'Cote du Py' - it’s the combination of fruit concentration and mineral savour that puts it on par with some of the greatest red wines of France, from Cru Beaujolais to Cornas and beyond. It defies classification in the most delicious way.
