Deep garnet red with medium highlights. The nose shows cherry and hints of violet together with spicy overtones. The palate is full-bodied with red fruit, and chewy tannins.

Our exquisitely floral and fragrant Nebbiolo Dolcetto Rosé derives its name, Florette from an old-world French term, meaning little flower. Our little flower is a nod to the natural beauty of the Adelaide Hills from where we hail from, and to the natural world itself. Natural beauty lives and breathes within each bottle. Savoury spices and a silky, textural palate combine with lush cherry flavlours to produce an elegant, indulgent rosé.

The 2020 Nebbiolo expresses red fruit aromas and flavors of cranberry and cherry, and also has a distinct floral character with notes of rose, violet and thyme.
