Domaine Lucien Le Moine Grand Cru
Ata Rangi McCrone Pinot Noir
Ata Rangi Masters Pinot Noir
Ata Rangi’s Masters Pinot Noir received its inaugural release with the 2020 vintage. The vineyard, owned and farmed by Ata Rangi winemaker Helen Masters, lies just four kilometres south of the Martinborough terrace. Here, clay is naturally found throughout the gravelly soil and it helps to retain moisture, and keep temperatures cooler than typical Martinborough terroir. Masters is a kaleidoscopic expression of pinot noir, featuring aromas of mulberry, baking spices, rosewater, and blood orange, and a palate of rich fruit, pomegranate, nutmeg, and pink peppercorn. The influence of clay soils provides Masters with its expansive, signature texture. Masters is fermented with indigenous yeasts and 70% whole bunches. After two to three weeks in tank, the wine is pressed, and malolactic fermentation is completed in oak. Masters is aged in French oak (30% new) for 11 months, before it is blended, and then held for a further eight months before it is bottled.
Dalrymple Estate Mt Lord Pinot Noir
Defying those who deemed it impossible, the Mt. Lord Vineyard site lies on a steep slope high up facing east, overlooking the Coal River Valley. The combination of low yielding, multiclonal blocks and our small batch winemaking philosophy, using the finest of French oak barriques, challenge and excite us each harvest.
Chateau de la Tour Cuvee Classique
CHATEAU DE LA TOUR Cuvee Classique , Clos de Vougeot
Chateau de Meursault Les Chaillots Ladoix Rouge
It gives a wine with a pretty ruby colour and purple tints. After a nose of fresh red fruits such as redcurrant and strawberry, this Ladoix offers an elegant palate with a beautiful length on supple and mellow tannins.
Chateau de Meursault 1er Cru Clos Des Epenots Pommard
The nose offers a great aromatic bouquet with black berries and spicy notes. The palate is dense, complex and well-structured, offering black berries aromas and silky tanins.
Château De La Tour Grand Cru Clos Vougeot Cuvée Classique
The Cuvée Classique is drawn predominantly from the Domaine's vines on the mid-slope of the Clos but also plots on the lower and upper parts of the vineyard. While there's certainly more depth and fruit intensity here, there's also more detail and clarity and exceptionally fine, powdery tannins that coat the tongue and drive the very long finish.
Comte Armand Pommard Clos des Epeneaux 1er Cru
Comte Armand is one of the leading and best estates in Pommard. This wine rivals Bordeaux in terms of intensity and concentration. To many it will always have an underlying elegance and class.
Château De La Tour Grand Cru Clos Vougeot Vieilles Vignes
The Vieilles Vignes comes from a selection of the oldest vines in the Clos, mostly planted in 1910 and situated mid-slope, right in the heart of the vineyard. These ancient vines yield only two to three tiny bunches of grapes per vine in a good year. The net result is a Clos de Vougeot of unique intensity, breadth of flavour, complexity and structural power. Interestingly, there are a number of Pinot Beurot (Gris) vines inter-planted in these parcels which are harvested and vinified with the Pinot Noir.
