Le Petit Reveur (the little dreamer) is a blend of 85% grenache and 15% syrah hand picked from 40 to 45 year old vines in the Rhone Valley. This delightful example of a Cotes du Rhone red exhibits crème de cassis, cherries, and a lovely note of licorice on the palate, mixed with pepper and Asian spices. A Shiraz for the big boys, fresh red currants and blueberries leap from the glass and are interwoven with violets and spice.
