Marqués de Riscal began with a dream back in 1858 and over 150 years later, the Bodega decided to commemorate the 150th Anniversary with a Gran Reserva Rioja that befitted the history and standing of such great wines. The result it this outstanding Tempranillo blend from the 2001 vintage, a truly special vintage in the Rioja region. Dark cherry in colour with complex aromas of balsamic, charred wood and layers of spices. The palate follows with a viscous mouthfeel with a good concentration of tannins and acid structure. A truly remarkable Rioja that pays a great tribute.

Artadi San Lazaro
ARTADI San Lazaro , La Rioja DOCa Artadi San Lázaro is a structured, powerful, polished, well-integrated single-vineyard wine. The Tempranillo is sourced from vines planted in 1956 on marginal clay-limestone soil of clay-sand. The juice is vinified in wooden open-top vats with cold maceration for 24-48 hours and fermentation during 10-12 twelve days before being aged for 10 months in French oak barrels.
San Roman Toro
A velvety texture carries ripe fruit flavors of plum and blackberry in this plush red. Cocoa, loamy earth and mineral notes add depth and interest. Ripe tannins are well- integrated, and balsamic acidity keeps this lively. Drink now through 2029.
MARQUES DE MURRIETA DALMAU
Sourced from a 9 hectare single vineyard planted in 1950 called Canajas, located at 465m above sea level. Stylistically, Dalmau is the most modern of the red wines from Marques de Murrieta and is named after owner Vincente Dalmau Cebrián-Sagarriga. The 2019 vintage has received 97 points from James Suckling, Tim Atkin, and 98 points from Wine Enthusiast Magazine. 86% Tempranillo, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Graciano, with 20 months in French oak and 6 months in concrete vats prior to bottling. Intensely scented nose with hints of blueberries, red plum, thyme, cedar and black pepper. Splendid palate, wide and well-defined with a long juicy finish. Marques de Burgos 8000 Tempranillo
8000 Marqués de Burgos is a very elegant wine with a unique personality and great ageing potential. Located in the oldest vineyard area in the D.O., with an altitude of 700—900m. Two parcels with one hundred-year-old vines that are worked by hand and with very low yields: Olmedillo 2.7 ha (2.100 kg-ha) and Santa Ana 0.7 ha (1.700 kg-ha). Slow malolactic fermentation in new barrels of extra fine-grained French oak from the Tronçais and Jupille forests, with continuous lees stirring. 16 months’ ageing in French oak barrels, followed by 12 months’ ageing in bottle. Tasting notes: - Colour: Dark, garnet-cherry color. - Nose: Aromas of black fruit, blackberries, violet sweets balanced with spiced toasted notes that appear through barrel ageing. - Palate: Balanced entry, enveloping, with marked tannins that give great body on the palate and an aftertaste of floral notes such as violets, cocoa, and toffee. Long and persistent finish. - Pairings: Perfect for pairing with suckling lamb or slow-cooked game meat such as venison. Limited edition of 8,090 bottles.
Marques de Burgos Roble Tempranillo
Marqués de Burgos Roble is a fresh and modern style of Ribera. An oaked red with a youthful expression and great fruit intensity. 100% tempranillo. Vineyards of 25 to 30 years of age, located on a south-southwest facing slope in the Quintana del Pidio, La Aguilera and Zazuar. The fermentation took place in concrete tanks at a temperature of no more than 26ºC to maximize the concentration of primary and secondary aromas. Six months’ ageing in American oak barrels from the north of the Appalachians (70%) and French oak from forests in central France (30%.) Aged in the bottle for at least 10 months. Tasting notes Colour. Clean and bright, intensely colored, deep cherry re. Nose. Intense aromas of red fruit and strawberry-cream candies in harmony with smoky notes. Palate. It is balanced and well-structured on the nose, with evident fruit throughout evolving into enveloping tannins that give the wine an extraordinary finesse. It has an interesting persistence on the finish, with generous textures on the palate. Pairings: Charcuterie, pasta, stews, and mature cheeses.
Pagos De Valcerracin Penafiel Limited Edition Tempranillo
Very dark, deep garnet color. Its long ageing contributes all kinds of tertiary aromas, a highly complex range with descriptors like leather, animal notes, game meat, tobacco leaves, graphite and smoke. Aromas of black fruit and very ripe or candied red fruit are also present. e body is very unctuous and persistent, with great density and excellent volume in the mouth. It is a wine with present tannins, but they are very round. ABV14.5% Cellaring 12plus years
