Multi Trophy-winning Sam Trimboli must be one of the country's most in-demand winemakers. Born-and-bred Hunter Valley specialist, Aaron Mercer spent years at Tamburlaine, and had stints at Tyrrell’s and Brokenwood, before setting up on his own.
