Since the 18th Century, the champagne house has only had 7 Cellar Masters. In the mouth the wine is fresh, tangy and invigorating with a mineral intensity on the finish. This is a vivacious wine of immense energy and vitality.

Penfolds Yattarna Chardonnay

Penfolds Yattarna Chardonnay displays an initial bouquet of slate and wet stone, with nuances of lightly roasted almonds. Subtle hints of citrus, shrouded by nectarine and nashi pear fruits. On the palate, a spiced multi-citrus compote with a very delicate acidity. Balanced and will develop exceptionally well with cellaring.

Cape Mentelle Heritage Margaret River Chardonnay

This Reserve Chardonnay reflects Chapman Brook and Crossroads, our two southern Margaret River vineyards. Both sites have wonderful expressive personalities that complement each other beautifully and represent a combination of both our past and present. From careful site selection many years ago through to refined and innovative viticulture and winemaking practices today. Bringing them together is a joy, creating one of the finest expressions of our unique terroir. Confidence and class shine through with notes of white flowers, white pepper, and sea salt, unfolding into delicate layers of pastry apple tart and bitter almond. The palate is dynamic and vibrant, offering complex layers of citrus blossom, candied lemon, macadamia, and yellow grapefruit, all balanced by mineral tones and fine phenolic grip.

Calcannia Chardonnay

Bright white gold with a hint of green, this elegant drop bursts with tropical guava, ripe pineapple, and white peach, wrapped in toasty French oak. A touch of citrus zest and nutty spice rounds out the nose. On the palate, think stone fruits, gentle oak spice, and a flicker of white pepper, all lifted by crisp acidity and a whisper of flinty minerality. Medium-bodied, zesty, and beautifully textured.

Domaine Michelot Meursault-Genevrieres 1er cru

The parcels which makes up the Meursault 1er Cru Genevrières lie at the very heart of the villages great 1ers Crus hillside. Here the soil is clay/limestone with a subsoil that varies between fallen rock, volcanic rock and white limestone. The wine is a fine example of the Meursault style with great finesse, mineral notes, opulence and a beautiful finish that never becomes heavy.
