Western Australia's Great Southern region is currently the hottest Australian region for Riesling. Pewsey Vale Vineyard Lighter Riesling 9% is a fun twist on Eden Valley. Fresh and zesty. Made in a lighter style where the grapes are harvested as the first ripe flavours develop. Cooler fermentation contributes to its freshness and ultimately its lower alcohol style. Delivering flavours reminiscent of Meyer lemons, kaffir lime leaves and good times.

The 2020 Springton Riesling was carefully blended from 3 different blocks within the Avon Brae vineyard. (56% Block 11, 26% Block 10, 19% Block 8) It is bright pale straw and shows tropical fruits and rose petal on the nose. The palate is broad and full with lime over a long line of lemon. An enticing Eden Valley Riesling drinking well now but built to last.

This great Clare Valley Riesling opens with lavender, pear and talc aromas. Juicy fruit continues on the palate adding some bruised apple, refreshing acidity, viscosity and mid palate weight. Ideal as an aperitif, with spicy cuisine or with most seafood dishes.
